The Cat and Mirror Box No. 1 | A Box of Happies

A story and four games, packed by a cat with standards.

A Box of Happies is like a box of chocolates from the Happy Novels sidekicks: six little happies, wrapped and waiting. This one was packed by Cashmere, a Norwegian Forest Cat who has been matching couples for four centuries and has opinions about all of them. Romance is his business, and this box is his idea of a good night in.

• Cashmere's own story, to read and to listen to. The Cat Who Plays Fate: a reporter with a habit of fainting, an informant who has stopped answering his phone, and a cat in a cage who would like to know why she is taking so long with the padlock. About an hour to read, or an hour and a half to listen, and the audio keeps playing with your screen off.
• Are You Dating a Cat? A quiz about your partner. Are they a Golden Retriever, a Part-Time Cat, or a Full Cat who needs treats? Results may start a friendly argument.
• Spot the Match. The Fairy Godmother needs new field agents, and Cashmere is running the training. Keep your eye on the case file with the true match while he shuffles. Pick wrong, and you'll meet who you nearly matched.
• The Date Night Deck. Fifty-two cards for two: sweet questions, tiny gifts, little adventures and cheeky dares, with Cashmere's special orders on every picture card.
• Memory Match. Three levels, one clock and Cashmere keeping score. Your best score is saved, so you can try to beat it.

Games you'll play again and again. Every round is different, so the box is just as much fun the tenth time you open it. Nothing to download, no app and no account: the box opens from a link in your email, on any phone, tablet or computer.

Made to give. Straight after checkout we email you the link to your box. Open it, choose "Is this a gift?", add their name and a little note, then send them the gift link by email, text or in a card. Perfect for a partner, a best friend, or anyone who needs a date night with a laugh in it.
